Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Baggora purchase. If something's not right, here's how returns and refunds work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Items marked as final sale, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Email us at nehasharmamdb@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll share the next steps once your request is approved.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Need a different size or item? Let us know when requesting your return, and we'll help arrange an exchange subject to availability.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
